3. Scope of registration

Trackwise's FinCEN MSB registration is a federal registration and is not a license to transmit money in any U.S. state. Money transmission services, where required, are provided through licensed banking and payment partners. See our Jurisdictions page for a description of how services are offered in each country.

4. BSA / AML program

Trackwise operates a written BSA / AML program led by a designated BSA Officer / Chief Compliance Officer. The program includes risk-based customer due diligence (KYC / KYB), beneficial-owner identification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, SAR / CTR reporting, and independent annual review. 5. Sanctions

Trackwise screens customers and counterparties against OFAC SDN and Consolidated Sanctions Lists, UN, EU, UK HMT, and country-specific lists, plus PEP and adverse-media data, at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

6. Prohibited activities

Trackwise does not provide services for activities listed in our Responsible Use Policy, including sanctioned jurisdictions, unlicensed money transmission, and activities incompatible with our partner banks' acceptable-use policies.

7. Partner network

Card issuance, card processing, account services, money transmission, and payment rails are provided through licensed banking and card-network partners. The specific partner depends on geography and product. Partner information is shared with prospective customers under NDA.

8. Law enforcement and regulators

Subpoenas, court orders, and regulatory requests should be served on the BSA Officer at the registered office, with a copy to compliance@trackwise.finance. Trackwise participates in 314(a) / 314(b) information sharing where eligible.
