Trackwise services depend on jurisdiction. This page describes how each market is supported. Trackwise's FinCEN MSB registration is not a license to transmit money in any U.S. state. Where money transmission is required, services are provided through licensed banking or payment partners.
Supported markets
Specific partner relationships are disclosed under NDA during commercial discussions. The descriptions below reflect the legal basis on which Trackwise offers services and may be updated as our partner network evolves.
- United States. Trackwise LLC, Wyoming. Federally registered with FinCEN as an MSB (#31000299058422). State money- transmission services, where required, are provided through licensed partner institutions. Trackwise does not hold state MTL licenses directly.
- Mexico. Services offered in cooperation with locally authorized partners under CNBV and Banco de México oversight. Trackwise does not hold a Mexican fintech license directly.
- Brazil. Services offered through Banco Central do Brasil-authorized payment institutions and acquirers.
- Colombia. Services offered in cooperation with locally licensed entities under SFC oversight.
- Spain (EU). EU-area services offered through SEPA and partner EMIs. Trackwise is not directly authorized by the Banco de España.
- Canada. Services offered through Canadian partners registered with FINTRAC; Trackwise's own FINTRAC registration status will be disclosed when applicable.
- Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador. Limited availability through partner remittance and payment networks. Subject to enhanced due diligence and may be unavailable for some use cases.
Excluded jurisdictions
Trackwise does not provide services to persons or entities located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or on the FATF call-for-action list.
